1 cancrushed tomatoes 28oz
3 lbground beef
2 cankidney bean 40oz
2 eachonion
4 eachcelery stalk
4 eachgarlic cloves
3 tbspchili powder
2 tspcumin
2 tspsalt
1 tspcayenne pepper
3 tbspfranks red hot sauce
2 cupwater

brown half the beef in large chunks
2

put water tomatoes and remaining beef in pot and bring to boil
3

chop onion and celery and saute in beef pan
4

sauté garlic just minute with onion and celery
5

stir all spices and veggies into pot
