Couldn't eat needed something homemade.

I live in Michigan and on Super Bowl Sunday we got about 2 feet of snow, this pot of soup was nice to have when I took a break from shoveling!

I'm not crazy about eating a plain canned soup, but once it's jazzed up with fresh veggies and added spices it tastes like made from scratch and perfect for a cold day.

I was going through some thyroid based medial problems and broccoli helped normalize my hyperthyroidism so I made some tasty soup.

I've made this recipe for a while and everyone loves it. It's also my first recipe I've posted on here so bare with me- Hopefully the instructions aren't confusing!

#GlobalApron 2024, week 39. Ingredient used; broccoli. I needed to use my milk and broccoli rather than it going to waste. I used all my cheddar cheese so I used velveeta cheese ( personally I like velveeta,(no judging). Soup is a dish you adjust to your liking. You may use less cheese and milk, add slowly until it is the consistency you want.
