16 ozwhipped cream cheese
1packet ranch dip mix
1/2 canbeer
16 ozshredded cheddar cheese (can use 8 oz)

Mix everything together in a large bowl. Let chill for a few hours.

Serve with chips, crackers, or pretzels. Gets better with age (best if sits overnight).
