Soak chole over night. Give 3-4 whistles in cooker. While boiling chole add 1tbsp oil and 2-3 Badi elaichi. When chole get cooked.... Then add boiled water of tea bag to give chole black colour. Grind all the spices into fine powder. Add these spices powder in the bolied chole and cook them for another minimum 30 mins. Garnish them with coriander leaves and green chillies.

Knead the soft dough by mixing all the ingredients in maida. Rest it for 30mins to 1 hr. If dough has fermented then ready to make bhature. Heat the oil in kadhai.take a ball from dough, flatten it and deep fry in kadhai.
Serve it hot with onion salad, pickles or raita......
