Add oil in kadai add badi elaichi bay leaf clove cardamon when it's heat add sliced onions saute add boneless chicken mix it by add red chilli salt garam masala.cover it for 5 mn add curd.

Mix well add rice one layer rice one layer chicken gravy again repeat.now add saffron with milk cover the lid for 5 mn.

Garnish with onions splitted chilli

Serve with garlic mint raita and green chutney.
