Unroll crescent rolls and press together in a 13 x 9 greased pan.

Brown sausage until almost done, then add in frozen homefries, seasoning with garlic & onion powder to taste.

Spoon on to crescent rolls spreading out evenly.

Beat eggs adding chipolte and milk at this time. Neither of these are needed but we like the spice and I think the milk makes the eggs fluffy.

Pour egg mix over the sausage mix distributing evenly.

Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, once all the egg is cooked and the crust is golden brown and the layer of cheese and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
