Steps

Cut the avocado in half and spoon out one side of the avocado in a scraping motion (so it comes out looking like guacamole) into a frying pan.

Add your desired amount of jalapeños to the pan.

Pour your egg whites over the avocado and peppers and mix them together.
- 4
Place pan on stove top at medium heat and stir/flip frequently until cooked.
- 5
If desired eat the other half of the avocado with the finished meal, feel free to add salsa for extra taste and spice.
