Mustard Breaded Lamb Crown Roast

Ingredients

2 Servings
  1. Frenched Rack of Lamb
  2. 1/3 CupDijon Mustard
  3. 1/2 CupBread Crumbs
  4. 2 TablespoonsCoarse Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. 2

    Cut and separate the lamb ribs, making little lamb "popsicles".

  3. 3

    Using your hands, coat the lamb popsicles with Dijon mustard, bread crumbs and pepper.

  4. 4

    Bake the lamb pieces for 20-30 minutes, until the internal temp reaches about 170 degrees.

    Serve on a plate with salad and side dishes
