  • 1 cupcorn syrup
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspbutter, melted
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cuppecans
  • 19 inch unbacked or frozen deep dish pie crust

    preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla using a spoon. stir in pecans. pour filling into a pie crust.

  3. 3

    bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes. cool for 2 hours on a wire rack before serving.

  4. 4

    *to use a prepared frozen pie crust: place cookie sheet in oven and preheat oven as directed. pour filling into frozen crust and bake on preheated cookie sheet
