start by making beer batter. mix all ingredients together let rest 15 minutes

salt & pepper both sides of fish. Heat oil in a pan till hot. dip fish fillet into batter coating well shake off excess deep fry till crispy & golden drain on paper towel. About 6minutes a side

cilantro dressing: add all ingredients in blender taste for seasoning set aside.

slice your purple onion and rough chop cilantro, and shredd cabbage for topping

heat tortillas on a warm skillet and keep flipping till warmed. now you can assemble your fish tacos.Enjoy
