1 tin (170 g)tuna fish
1/2head cauliflower, chopped
1/4 red pepper, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
pinchground pepper
pinchsalt
4 tbsor more of mayonnaise
1small packet of fresh green beans(cleaned and chopped)

Boil cauliflower and green beans together

Drain water set aside to cool and add all peppers
3

Add tuna and salt
4

Mix with mayonnaise then serve
