Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/2 cupFor jam sauce: mix fruit jam
  2. 1/4 cupwater
  3. 1For setting jam sauce: jam sauce
  4. 1 tspagar agar powder
  5. 2 brownie
  6. 1tspAgar agar powder
  7. For Chocolate brownie
  8. 1/4 cup maida
  9. 1/4 cupwheat flour
  10. 2 tbspcurd
  11. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  12. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  13. 5 tbsppowdered sugar
  14. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  15. 1Few parle.g biscuits crushed
  16. 1 tbspbutter for greasing
  17. 1/2 cuphot water

Steps

    For setting jam: take jam sauce in a bowl and add agar.agar powder

  2. 2

    Keep in fridge for setting

  3. 3

    As it is set you can use it. It will take hours to set.

    For Chocolate brownie: sift both flours and cocoa powder together and keep aside

  5. 5

    Now take another bowl combine curd and soda.bi.carb and mix well

  6. 6

    Now take another bowl in it take melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and hot water and whisk well

  7. 7

    Now in 3rd step mixture add curd.soda mixture and whisk well

  8. 8

    Add flour.cocoa mixture in it and crushed biscuits and whisk well to form it in dropping consistency.

    Now grease a micro safe bowl with butter

  10. 10

    Pour the batter in the bowl set evenly

  11. 11

    Bake it in micro on high for 5 minutes

  12. 12

    Keep it out for cool and after cooled turn out and unmould it in a dish

    Serve it after cutting in cubes or triangle or whatever I want..

    For sizzling brownie with jam sauce Panna cota: for jam sauce: take jam and water in a vessel and cook on gas till it melts and mix well stir continuously so that it don't gets burn and as it's ready off the flame and keep aside

    Now take sizzler plate and keep on full high flame on till it's red hot

    Now pour 2 tbsp of jam sauce on it spread evenly

    Now keep a brownie on it

    Again pour 2tbsp of jam sauce on brownie

  19. 19

    Now take the set jam in a piping bag and do so pipes on it

  20. 20

    Serve immediately
