Boil the pasta in water with salt and oil

Drain, wash with running cold water and keep aside

For red pasta blanch the tomatoes and puree it

Heat butter in the pan, add capsicums and onions and saute for few minutes

Now add the tomato puree and let it cook for few minutes

Add oregano, salt, schezwan chutney, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and let it cook for few minutes.

For white sauce heat butter in pan

Add all purpose flour and saute for a minute

Now add milk, oregano, pepper powder, salt and keep it stirring until it gets thick

Add grated cheese and cook till it melts.

Now in large pan mix red sauce and white sauce let it cook for a minute and add boiled pasta and cook for another few minutes and serve hot.

If you think that the pasta is too thick add water or milk. Add milk to white sauce and bring it to boil once before mixing it with red sauce otherwise it can curdle.
