Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 lbground meat of choice
  2. 1 cuponion (chopped)
  3. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 cupsour cream
  5. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  6. 30 ozpotatoes o'brien
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1 cupfrench fried onions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. 2

    Brown ground meat. Add chopped onion hallway through to soften.

  3. 3

    Drain meat thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Mix together all ingredients except the french fried onions and place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered for 50 min.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle french fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5-10 min.
