Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cice cubes
  2. 4ea mint leaves
  3. 1ea lime wedge
  4. 2 ozcitrus vodka
  5. 1ea lime juice
  6. 5 3/4 ozalcoholic ginger beer (i.e. Crabbie's)
  7. 1/2 ozsimple syrup (see recipe)
  8. 1ea large mint sprig

Cooking Instructions

    In a copper mug add the ice, lime wedge and mint

    Gently muddle the mint and lime wedge.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients, except the mint sprig, and stir to mix.
