  • 4 lbchicken breast small size pieces
  • 1 cupGreen coriander chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 largechopped tomato
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 4 largefor color capsicums chopped
  • 1/2 cupcorn oil

  1. 1

    in large saucepan add ginger garlic paste and oil, stirring occasionally and add chicken . cook about 3 minutes add all dry spices and stirring, add tomato and capsicums and cook about 5 minutes over medium low heat.
