Steps

Mix yeast with sugar and water and wait for the mixture to froth.

Sift flour and mix with yeast-water mixture.

Add milk and mix to form a sticly dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place.

After around 1 hour, the dough should double in size.

Dust your hands and the working surface with flour and make fist size balls out of the dough

Place each ball on the working surface and start flattening with the tip of your fingers.

Press down and push outwards. Then, take the flattened dough in your hand and toss it to the other, causing it to stretch.
