A very yummylicious aloo parantha served with white butter and curd make us feel healthy and energetic throughout the day as we should have breakfast like a king on morning...
Steps

Wash the potatoes and put it in a pressure cooker with water added to it as to soak the potatoes with salt.. allow the 3-4 whistles to blow to boil the potatoes.

Take out this boiled potatoes.. peel them and mash them with the help of a masher in a plate.

Add finally chopped onions, cumin seeds and schezwan sauce to it and mixed well.

Add all dry spices and mix well and finally add coriander leaves and mix well in batter to form a batter for filling in the dough.

All the ingredients to be mixed well and kept aside.

Take a dough. Flattened it with the help of roll and pin. Make a chappati and in the centre apply some ghee and take out the potatoes batter formed above and place in centre and then seal it from all sides properly.

Now again roll it and then flatten it in the form of a chappati with the help of roll and pin.

Apply ghee on tawa. Place this stuffed aloo parantha on tawa and flip on both sides till parantha is completely cooked and crispy..

Yummylicious aloo parantha served with lassi, white butter and green chutney enhances it's taste...
