First peel and mash bananas.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix them in mashed bananas.

Add the eggs mix some more.

The mixture should be light but not runny

Heat up some oil in a frying pan.

Using a spoon take and fry the mixture.Cooking till a light golden colour.

Can be serve warm and with vanilla ice cream.
