Boil all the ingredients along with chana(except coriander)in 1 cup of water

Once it is cooked check the water content (it should not be very watery)dry it if there is a lot of water

Grind chana and add chopped coriander to the masala

Make small flat tikki and shallow fry in some oil on a non stick pan
- 5
Serve it hot with green coriander chutney or ketchup
