Ingredients

  • 1jalapeño-cheddar foccacia loaf; small cubes
  • 2jalapeños; thinly sliced
  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 1 cuptomatillo salsa
  • 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Mix.

  2. 2

    Cover. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
