1 bowlsuji
2 onions
2 green chillies
1 tsp mustared seeds
1 tsplemon juice
as neededOil

Steps

Roast the suji till change in colour.

Keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add chopped onion. And saute it.

Now add roasted Suki, salt, water and mix well.

Cook till upma consistency.
