Boil Plantain in a cooker for 2 whistles

Peel it off and Grate or Mash it adding cottage cheese,Besan/Gram flour,crushed black pepper, salt, turmeric powder, chopped onion, and ginger garlic paste

Then make balls or koftas

Can be deep fried but hete I used my Appe Pan to make koftas with less oil

Next make Masala for the gravy by grinding onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, coriander leaves..Saute them..

In another pan, dry roast black pepper corns, cinnamon stics, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and cumin seeds.. grind it..and add to the onion masala.. Add water..Cover the lid for 10 minutes.. then check the consistency and turn off the gas stove.. And now add koftas or Balls topping with coriander leaves and Garam masala
