Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsOreos, crushed finely (about 20)
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter melted
  3. 3 packages (8 ounce)cream cheese softened
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  6. 1 cup (8 ounce)sour cream
  7. 2 teaspoonsvanilla
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  9. 3eggs lightly beaten
  10. 15coarsely chopped, Oreos divided

Cooking Instructions

    Combined crush Oreos and butter in a large bowl. Press into bottom and one inch up sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth beat in the sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt.

    Add eggs beat on low just until combined. Fold in three fourths cup of the chopped Oreos. Pour into crust. Top with remaining cookies.

    Place on baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees 60-65 minutes or until center is almost set.

    Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes carefully running a knife around edges. Cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight then remove sides of pan.
