Preheat oven 325. Line 8×8 pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray if desired. Press cookie dough into pan. Place oreos on top. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, whisk. Add eggs, one at a time, whisk. Add vanilla & salt, stir.

Pour mixture over oreos. Bake 35 minutes. Let cool, put in fridge to harden. Cut into bars & drizzle warm caramel over if desired.

This is a sister recipe for strawberry cheesecake.I use 20 g sugar, 30 g egg and 5g condensed milk. Heavy cream is 47% fat, but 35% is also fine. For a simple taste, use 30 g of yogurt and 72 g cream cheese instead. After baking, the edge of cake pops up, so it's better to slice into 4 for bars. Recipe by Mikkobu-
