Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/2 bowl gram flour
  3. 3boiled and grated potatoes
  4. 2green chillis finely chopped
  5. 1small peice of ginger finely grated
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoondry coriander powder
  9. 1 teaspoondry mango powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  12. as neededSome chopped coriander leaves
  13. as neededOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a big bowl add wheat flour and salt

  2. 2

    Make a soft dough with the help of water and keep in side

  3. 3

    Now take another bowl

  4. 4

    Add all remaining ingredients one by one and mix well

  5. 5

    Make a thick mixture and keep in side

  6. 6

    Now take a roti size portion from dough

  7. 7

    Fill the stuffing and close all edges

  8. 8

    Now make a small paratha and cook it in ghee or butter

  9. 9

    Now serve hot with curd
