Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  2. 2 tbspwater
  3. 2 tbspmirin
  4. 2 tbspsake
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. Beef (thinly sliced)
  7. 1union (thinly sliced)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add water, mirin, soya sauce, sugar, sake. On medium heat. Stir well.

    Lower the heat on small boil. Add beef and union in.

  3. 3

    Leave it simmer for about 10 mins.

  4. 4

    When done, put the beef on the rice.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
