Ingredients

  • 500 mljungle oats
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 1 litreyoghurt flavor of your choice
  • 30 mllemon juice
  • 30 mlhoney
  • 2apples coarsely grated
  • 100 mldried fruit or nuts
  • pinchsalt
  • fruit of your choice for garnishing (optional)

    Mix jungle oats,yoghurt and milk and leave overnight in fridge

  2. 2

    Blend lemon juice,honey,apple,dried fruit,nits and salt into mixture.

  3. 3

    Serve in cereal bowls garnished with fruit of your choice
