Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmacaroni
  2. 2 tablespoonOlive oil
  3. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1chopped green chilli
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  8. 1 teaspoontomato sauce
  9. 1 tablespoonred chilli sauce
  10. 2garlic chopped
  11. 1large onion chopped
  12. 1/2 cupcapsicum chopped
  13. 1/2 cuptomatoes chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a large plot add 6 cups of water to a boil. Add salt and macaroni and cook till all dente.

    Drain off and rinse it in cold water. Set aside.

    In a large pain heat Olive oil, add garlic, cumin and green chilli saute it well.

  4. 4

    Add onions and fry until they turn pink. Now add capsicum and saute it for a minute.

    Add tomatoes and red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt. Stir well and fry it for a 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add tomato sauce and red chilli sauce. Give it a quick stir.

  7. 7

    Add boiled macaroni and toss well. Place the dish into serving plate.

    Serve hot masala indian style macroni.
