Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmoong dal (soaked)
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoonchopped mint leaves
  4. 1 tablespoonchopped green coriander
  5. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  6. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  7. 1 teaspoonpowder sugar
  8. 1 tablesoonoats
  9. 1 tablespoonbread crumbs
  10. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  11. To tastesalt
  12. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the soak dal.

  2. 2

    After boiled drain the extra water.

  3. 3

    Grated the boil potatoes.

  4. 4

    Add grated potatoes, dal, and all ingredients in a mixing bowl

  5. 5

    Mix it well.
    Make shape with the cookie cutter.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a wok, deep fry till the golden.

  7. 7

    Serve with tomato sauce
