Sieve the flour in a bowl.add all the ingredients then stir until is mix in to a smooth paste.

Apply butter in a baking tin.then put the cake paste in a baking tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180°c

Rasberry incompote-____put butter in a pan let it melt.add 2 stick of cinammon place it on butter

Add vanilla essence,then add sugar and add Rasberry stir until the sugar is dissolve.put off the fire.

The cake is ready.cut into two layers.1 layer add ice cream mix and put the 2 layer on top of the first add vanilla ice cream

Add Rasberry syrup.on top of the ice cream cake.then decorate with 6 Raspberry.
