Sondesh with flavour of saffron
Steps

Mash the paneer with hands to get a cream consistency

Add the sugar and saffron into it and mix well on a pan over low flame

Add 2 tablespoon whipped cream and mix well till it thickens
- 4
Remove the mixture into a plate greased with butter or ghee
- 5
Let it cool at room temperature. Once done put it in refrigerator (deep fridge) for 1 hour
- 6
Remove and garnish with saffron and cut into your favourite shape. Keep it in normal fridge and serve cold
