Seafood Saganaki

A saganaki with a variety of seafood for lots of dipping and plenty of beer. My husband, a seafood lover, always asks me to find new ways to serve it to him. That's how this recipe came about. "Why don't you make a saganaki, but not just with shrimp, with lots of other seafood too!" And here it is. Enjoy it too.
It's quick to make and perfect for our Sunday table.
Cost: slightly pricey
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Steps
- 1
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper on a cutting board.
- 2
In a wide pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and stir until they soften, then add the bell pepper and let it soften too.
- 3
Add the seafood and the seafood bouillon cube and let it simmer.
- 4
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes after removing the seeds. Add them to the pan and let them cook down. Add the tomato juice.
- 5
Once all the liquid is absorbed, crumble the feta into large pieces and stir gently. Serve with beer and a loaf of bread!
