3 servings

2 cupscooked rice
1 tbspoil
Ginger garilc paste
Salt, black pepper and chilli flakes
1 tbspSoya sauce
1 tbspvinegar
1 cupGreen capsicums and yellow capcicums
1-2 tbspMushrooms

Cook the rice and keep aside.

In a pan add oil, add ginger garlic paste

Saute well. Add green capsicums and yellow capcicums.

Cook well 3mins add the rice. Mix well add mushrooms.

Add soya sauce and vinegar.

Mix well and salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.

Serve hot.
