Assemble all the ingredients.

Heat a pan.Add butter.Put ginger,coconut and sauté for a few minutes.Add grated cheese,salt,chilli powder and grated Paneer.Saute for a minute.Switch off the flame.Allow the mixture to get cold.

Now take bread slices,cut the edges properly.

Take a rolling pin and roll on cut bread to make it flat.

Now grease some water on the sides of rolling bread.

Take 1tbsp of prepared stuffing and place in the centre of bread.Seal the bread edges properly.

Switch on the airfryier,set the temperature.Now keep the prepared Coconut cheese packet in the tray.It will take 8 to 10 minutes to get crispy.Switch off the airfryier and serve coconut cheese bread pockets with dips or Chutney.
