Pineapple Coconut Rabri is typical Indian dessert and delicious one.
It has a unique taste as coconut is added.
Very easy to prepare yet yummy and cool and refreshing.
Steps

Boil milk in a deep pan, simmer the flame and keep stirring to evaporate water or until the milk thickens.

Heat another pan, add chopped pineapple, and sugar.

Cook for at least 5 minutes on a medium flame to evaporate water.

Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, and chopped pistachios.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, and let it cool down to room temperature.

Keep rabri in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Keep serving glasses also in refrigerator.

Place some pineapple chunks in the glass and pour chilled rabri into serving glasses.

Garnish with chopped pistachios,
pineapple chunks and sprinklers.
Enjoy endlessly.
