Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Mini Wholemeal Pitta Breads
  2. 30 gMozzarella
  3. 80 gParma ham, shredded
  4. 3fresh tomatoes, diced
  5. 8 tsptomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly toast the pitta breads.

  2. 2

    While still hot, carefully split the pitta’s in two using a sharp knife.

  3. 3

    Spread a tsp of tomato puree on each pitta bread half.

  4. 4

    Top with diced tomatoes, mozzarella and Parma ham.

  5. 5

    Grill for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
