Ingredients

  1. 1 packMaggi noodles
  2. 1/2 cupWheat flour
  3. 1/2 teaspoonOregano
  4. 1/2 teaspoonPeri peri masala
  5. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespoonRefined oil
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  9. 1/2Finely chopped onion
  10. 1/2Finely chopped tomatoes
  11. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a vessel and add flour, oreango, peri peri masala, salt, turmeric powder, refined oil and water and make a fine dough.

    Take a pan add add water, salt and noodles and boil them.

  3. 3

    When boiled wash with cold water.

  4. 4

    Take a wok and heat oil and add onions and fry them till golden in colour then add tomatoes and fry it well, then add maggie tastemaker, boiled noodles and mix it all well, then add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix it all well. And let it cool.

  5. 5

    Take two equal portion from the dough and roll them into two equal round shape, add noodles on one part and cover it with another part.

    Close the corners, like stuff paranthas.

  7. 7

    Cook it nicely on tawa.

  8. 8

    When cooked, serve hot.
