Wash beans till the back is off.

Place beans in a bowl, add pepper, onion, ginger and crayfish. Take to the mill or blend into a paste

Add warm water into the paste and stir. Add salt, knorr cubes and veg oil and stir.

In a clean pot, add water and place on fire.

Wash the leaves. Scoop the batter into the leaves, gently fold and place in the pot containing boiling water.

Let it boil until its cooked.

Serve and garnish as you please!
