Steps

Clean and cut Cabbage into fine and thin strips

Remove pieces from the coconut and paste it in mixer and keep aside. You can also go for grated coconut if not paste

Steam the cabbage and peas in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and remove. Add some more oil if needed and add the cumin seeds, ginger paste, coconut paste, green chillies and turmeric powder and saute it till the masala is cooked

Add the steamed cabbage into it and mix well. Cover it and let it cook for few minutes in low flame

Add the fried potatoes and cook for some time. Once done, add the garam masala and remove
- 7
Garnish with some coconut and green chillies and serve as a side dish with rice
