Ingredients

  • 2lobsters
  • 2lemons
  • 1 ltr water
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 2 Tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil lobster with white wine, ginger, rosemary, 1 lemon cut in to half for 10 minutes. Set on a plate.

  2. 2

    Slice lemon in half inch slices and saute in a butter. Then brush the butter over the lobster
