Ingredients

  1. 1Raw Jack fruit
  2. 2 tbspCornflour
  3. to tasteChilli sauce, Tomato sauce & Soya sauce
  4. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspJeera powder
  7. to tasteGaram masala
  8. 1Onion
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic chopped
  10. 2Chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut the inchada in thick piece. Then take a cooker add water and salt and put the inchada. Then wait for one whistle then remove it.

  2. 2

    After half boil take the inchada and marinate with cornflour, all sauce, Salt, blkpeeper powder,ginger garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Then take a pan and add oil for fry. And fry all the inchada.

  4. 4

    After frying again take a pan add some oil. And then add the rest ginder garlic chopped. Then add the chilli flakes and saute it.

  5. 5

    Then add the onion and salt and saute it.

  6. 6

    Then add the sauce and one spoon vinegar to it. Then add the inchada and mix well. Lastly add garam masala. Chilli is ready.
