KHEER (With my twist to classic)

What comes on your mind when you here “ Kheer “……. I get my flashbacks with this milk & vermicelli feast. It automatically creates a phenomenon of fest or a special day. I loved it, but I hate the milky smell and tangy dry grapes along it. Even my mom added some additional cardamom powder to it but I was still not happy with it. After a long interval of time I gave some simple but rich twist to it, here I wanna share this it with you……. #timefortinytwist to #classical #KHEER

- 2
Boil milk with pinch cardamom powder.
- 3
Add vermicelli and 1-2 tb.spoon of poppy seeds to boiling milk.
- 4
Add sugar, crushed almonds & vanilla extract/ or essence (1-2 drops since it's highly flavourfull).
