Ingredients

  • 2 cupPrepared rice
  • 250 gmPaneer
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1Chopped tomato
  • 1Chopped capcicum
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmaric
  • pinchDeggi mirch
  • 2 teaspoonOil
  • 2 teaspoonChana sattu/maida
  • 1/2 teaspoonAmchur
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoonSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preparation of Moti(Balls)__Blend paneer crumbles in mixic.and smooth paste add 1tsp water thn mixture is turning dry than mix salt as taste add basen or sattu or maida,pinch of deggi mirch,amchur and coriander leaves chopped mix properly and make a boll (like moti).

  2. 2

    Fry medium flame balls.brown and even crusty very quikly.

  3. 3

    Pain oil, onion,capcicum,tomato,gingergarlic paste,thn add turmeric powder,chilli powder add this to above contents and stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Add salt as per taste and sugar cover it add half cup of warm water.

  5. 5

    Add Paneer balls and on medium flame add rice stir gently to coat the rice with gravy once you complete adding rice last rest paneer bolls and coriander leaves serve.
