Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked basmati rice
  • Chopped into cubes mix vegs
  • Fried chips of 2 potatoes
  • Salt
  • Crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspwhite vinegar
  • Chopped dhania
  • 1chopped onion & spring onion for garnish
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Crushed black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the wok & add oil

  2. 2

    Add the onions, saute for a minute

  3. 3

    Now add the vegs, garlic,salt & saute for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Add the rice & the chips mix well. Add the soy sauce

  5. 5

    Add black pepper & dhania.

  6. 6

    Mix well. Add the vinegar.

  7. 7

    Serve hot & garnish with spring onions
