Ingredients

  1. 800 gmChicken bone less
  2. 500 gmCurd
  3. 500 gmCream
  4. 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  5. Salt as required
  6. 3 teaspoonGreen chilli paste
  7. 2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  8. 2 tablespoonOnion paste
  9. 4 tablespoonOil
  10. 3 teaspoonLemon juice
  11. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add chicken ginger garlic paste lemon juice and 2 tablespoon curd mix it well and marinate it for 2 hour

  2. 2

    After that Pre heat the oven to 240 C for at least 15 minutes, bake for 20 to 30 mins or till fully done. I suggest checking after 20 mins. This depends on the size of your chicken pieces and how tender it is.

    Now your tikka is ready

  4. 4

    Heat oil/ butter in a pot add onion paste saute till translucent add salt and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Now add green chilli paste and curd mix it well on low flame

  6. 6

    When oil comes from sides add cream in it stir continuously and mix well on low flame.

  7. 7

    Check the consistency of gravy according to your taste.

  8. 8

    Now add chicken in it and mix it well cooked for few minutes and serve hot
