Mince and cabbage stew

This healthy and super easy dish is a typical Estonian comfort food, every kids favourite. It's been years since I ate it and it's the first time I cooked it myself, it was as delicious as I remembered. Typically made with white cabbage, but I had Savoy cabbage and it worked really well. It will even taste better the next day. For more ‘calorific’ version, make sure you serve with sour cream and cover the boiled new potatoes with butter.
