Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gramsfor marination chicken
  • 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonblack peppar
  • 2 teaspoonsoya sauch
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 1egg
  • 20 gramscorn starch
  • 30 gramsall purpose flour
  • oil for deep fry
  • 12/15cashew nuts for sause
  • 2dry chilli
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2capsicum chopped
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 50 mltomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoonsoya sause
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves for garnishing
  • 3 tabelspoonwater
  • salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    For marination= In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.Marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat suffcient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown,drain it on absorbent paper.

  3. 3

    For sauce= Heat oil in a pot add cashews nuts,2 dry red chilli,and fry till the cashews turn golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add chopped oinon,cupcicum,and toss well in the oil.

  5. 5

    Add 1 table spoon ginger gaelic paste,and saute for a minutes.

  6. 6

    Now add 1 tablespoon red chilli sause,50 mililetter tomato ketchup,1 tabelspoon soya sauce,sugar,salt,and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add 3 tabelspoons water and cook this for couple of minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.

  8. 8

    Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce.

  9. 9

    Mean while check the salt.

  10. 10

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  11. 11

    Serve hot.
