Ingredients

30 minutes

  1. For pasta
  2. 350 gmPenne pasta
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. For chicken
  6. 250 gmChicken
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. For veggies
  10. 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
  11. 1chopped capsicum
  12. For masala
  13. 1 tspchopped ginger
  14. 1 tspchopped garlic
  15. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  16. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  17. 2 tbspchilli sauce
  18. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  19. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  20. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  21. 2whole green chilli
  22. If needed salt
  23. 2 tbspOil
  24. As neededShredded cheese for topping

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker and chicken, ginger garlic paste, Salt and cook till 2 whistles.

    Dry all water from chicken and shreds it

    Boil pasta in large pot with salt and 1 tbsp oil.

  4. 4

    When done take in seive and run under tap water. Again drop 1 tbsp oil and toss it.

    Heat oil in large pan or Kadai, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, saute till light brown.

  6. 6

    Add whole red chilli, cabbage, capsicum and saute till soft.

    Add all spices,sauces and Salt and cook for 1 minute.

    Now add shredded chicken and 1/2 cup water and cook till oil separates.

    Now add boiled pasta and mix well.

  10. 10

    Simmer for 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    Serve with shredded cheese.
