Steps

First Potatoes cut into evenly sized strips.

Soak cut potatoes in a large bowl of chilled water for 30minutes.

Then dry thoroughly with paper towel. Sprinkle corn flour toss them.

Heat oil in a deep fryer, add potatoes in the hot oil fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Drain out.

Sprinkle salt and serve with chutney or ketchup.
